Birthday Post- A bit late!

My 28th birthday was Jan. 14th, 2011. I got some really great gifts for myself... but also some great gifts for you, Spud!

(BTW... your name is Spudley Vallely aka Spud)

Your Nana and Grampy gave Mommy and Daddy a brand new TV (it's for my b-day, Daddy's b-day, and our anniversary). This is so I can watch TV as I nurse you at all the un-godly hours of the night!

Nana also spent the whole weekend cooking all of Mommy's favorite food... including Knishes, Red Velvet Cake, Gnocchi w/ cream sauce, Shepards Pie and more!

Then, Nana and Grampy gave you the crib and changing table that Grampy made a long time ago.

Then... Auntie Amy gave me a HUGE box of Koko's clothes. She also bought you like 6+ new outfits and a few receiving blankets with a Doggie Theme! Finally, she got Mommy an Angel necklace to watch over me (and you) during pregnancy, labor, and delivery! Here is a picture of it:

Then we had a celebration with Grandma and Grandpa. First, they came to our house for a few days while they waited for their new floors to be finished. While they were here, Grandpa and Uncle Jason helped rearrange the bedroom so we were all ready for you. The crib and changing table are all set up now. Grandma helped me get some storage bins for all of your clothes! I will post pictures later!

After they left, we went to their house for dinner. They got Chicken, Broccoli, Ziti and Fried Ravioli for dinner! Yum! Auntie Melissa and Uncle Jason got Mommy a gift card to Sephora (so I could feel pretty!) and Grandma and Grandpa got me a gift card to Edemame Spa so I could get a massage! I am going to need it really soon... as you are starting to hurt my back!

Lastly, we are going to dinner and bowling with the crew on Friday to celebrate! :) WOOHOO!
